Registration

Registration is required for all participants attending the conference.

Registration for the conference will start once your paper is accepted. The deadline for the registration is July 12, 2019 for the paper to be included in the conference program. At least one author must be registered for each accepted paper to be included in the Conference Program. Co-author and listerner could be registered till the conference date.

To register, you should complete the online registration form and you will receive a confirmation email.

Registration fee

Registration fee is USD 200 (or approximately VND 4.700.000) for each paper and each author. If you have more than one papers, the registration fee for additional paper is USD 150 (or VND3,525,000). The registration fee for co-author and listener is USD 150 (or VND3,525,000). Registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch during the conference. Accommodation is not included.
